초록 |
Purpose: This study explored the experiences of undergraduate nursing students with flipped learning through a qualitative meta-synthesis. Methods: Using Noblit and Hare's meta-ethnographic approach, we systematically analyzed and synthesized seven qualitative studies. Results: Four overarching themes emerged: (1) transitioning toward self-directed learning, (2) enhancement of cognitive competence, (3) reshaping of relationships with peers and instructors, and (4) challenges faced during the role transition. Students experienced increased engagement, internalization of knowledge, and expansion of thinking. They also formed collaborative relationships with peers and viewed instructors as facilitators of learning. However, some students experienced challenges, including increased learning burden, constraints in digital learning environments, and differences in self-regulation capacity. Conclusion: Flipped learning among nursing students was understood as a developmental process involving a shift in learner identity from passive recipients to active, self-directed learners. Throughout this journey, students faced various challenges, leading some to prefer traditional lecture-based instruction. To optimize flipped learning in nursing education, structured implementation and tailored support strategies are essential. |
